Welcome to my website.  

 I’ve been writing for a long time in various genres, and so I am attempting here to synchronize these on one site. Feel free to browse through some of my literary essays, poems, stories, novel excerpts,  and some of my scholarly work–articles, chapters, book excerpts. Most of the photos I took also.

Even though I’m retired, I’m pleased to say that my scholarly work is still frequently downloaded and assigned worldwide through Google Scholar and ResearchGate.org. My literary work does not have that distinction and exists in obscure venues–for example in contributors’ copies languishing on my bookshelves.

There’s a lot of stuff here, including interviews with me published in scholarly journals.
